Panels
45mm thick Sandwich panels, with 100 kg / m3 rock wool insulation. Both sides of the panel are made of galvanized steel sheet pre-coated in pearl gray (RAL7032). Fire resistance class A1 and corrosion resistance class RC3.
Frame Profiles
The extruded aluminum with thermal break system allows the panels to be fastened without the use of screws. Coated with RAL7044.
Levers
Made of nylon, class HB flammability safety according to UL94. Highly resistant.
Casing
Provided with a thermal break system, composed of aluminum profiles and double-wall panels (Sandwich type), it guarantees a high classification according to the EN1886 standard.
Inspection Windows
Square inspection window in transparent polycarbonate with the absence of fixing elements inside to guarantee thermal bridge breakage. Approved according to VDI 6022 for microbiologically inert material. Class HB flammability safety according to UL94.
Corners
Made of nylon (polyamide), they are used to join the main aluminum profiles and guarantee the thermal break.
RAL7044 color.
Roof
Made of galvanized steel with coating and with a design that guarantees total drainage.
Insulation
Rock wool with a density of 100 kg / m3. 45mm thick.
