Measurement cutting-edge technology


The individual test instruments are connected to the test center control system, which transfers the measured values to the master computer where the current values are displayed and recorded. Based on these recorded measured values, the reference data are calculated.

Environmental and climatic simulation


STULZ´s Test Center is able to simulate a wide variety of environmental testing and climatic test conditions to recreate those encountered by units, parts or test components in field use.

This external air climatic simulation is recreated in a building with state of the art components and instruments to reach accuracy and precision.

Accurate performance testing according to your specifications

A large climatic chamber, one of the most spectacular and precise in Europe, where you can carry out extensive technical tests on air-conditioning solutions assisted by sophisticated parameterisation and monitoring software.

Centrally, systems can be tested and optimised, even during the design and development phase. Extensive tests are carried out under a wide variety of conditions that demonstrate the actual performance capabilities and energy and water consumption of the systems and components.

Great capacity Test Center, the highest capacity and accurate in Europe allows to test the most demanding technical specifications, with the possibility to test air flows up to 240.000 m3/h and a 800kW IT load, assisted by sophisticated software of parameterization and monitoring.

Units can be tested and optimized, even during the design and development phase, taking into account different temperature conditions, possible security failures, and parameters to proof current and real performance capabilities, energy and water consumption.

Ensuring proven quality and compliance of your purchased unit

STULZ has developed the live broadcasting of the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) so that customers can witness the testing of their equipment, without the need to travel to our production plant.

They can monitoring their project and review compliance with the project’s contractual obligations by watching the FAT from anywhere in the world. This efficient and secure tool has provided a solution to the current difficulties of security and travel, bringing significant cost and delivery time savings and offering complete flexibility to our customers.
